On the Needles: Knitting lace on the Snaring River

Mr. C and I went camping in Jasper National Park this week, where we discovered the Snaring River campground.

The perfect place to plant my chair and listen to the rushing water, clicking needles and my own thoughts for a few hours.

About Nita

I retired early and moved to a new community. I blog about my adventures as I explore a new lifestyle. I write about quilting, knitting and needlework, about learning to sew my own garments, adventures in the kitchen and in the garden, dancing, hiking, yoga...life is my playground!

What a wonderful setting. I miss doing things like this. That scenery is unreal – almost looks like a painting behind you!

Nita you know how to live in the moment! I would have been fretting about getting the yarn wet and probably would have…Beautiful contrast for your lacy project!

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
