A little Basket for a little project

We were visiting quaint old Gibsons BC yesterday when I spied this basket and stopped dead in my tracks.

I’ve been keeping an eye out for the perfect little knitting basket…something to keep small projects in.

Kelly smiled and told me to pick one out. I love this man!

This little project will be a lacy cowl when it grows up.

I’d love a basket like that. Reminds me of my Nana’s shopping basket back in the 1950s.
